Winemaker’s Notes

The 2018 vintage proved to be nearly flawless, benefitting from an extended and cooler growing season and a later harvest. The fruit benefitted from prolonged hang time allowing for beautiful flavor development while retaining natural acidity.

Tasting Notes

Floral with red rose petal, caramel and spicy red fruit aromatics, leading to juicy cherry cola fruit that is supported structured yet smooth rich tannins.

Aged 12 months in 33% new French oak barrels, 33% one year and 34% neutral.
